- Shipping is manually coordinated by the BuyIndia admin team in collaboration with the selected vendor.
- Once a deal are finalized, delivery details including address, timelines, and contact information will be confirmed with both parties.
3Shipping Time
- Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the product category and destination.
- Standard delivery for most products is within 7 to 15 business days, unless otherwise specified during order confirmation.
4Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges may vary based on the nature of the product, quantity, and delivery location.
- Any applicable shipping fees will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
5Responsibility
- The vendor is responsible for securely packaging the product to avoid damage during transit.
- BuyIndia does not guarantee delivery timelines once the product is dispatched, but will coordinate and assist throughout the process.
6Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Any damage or loss during shipping must be reported to BuyIndia within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims will be investigated, and resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
