BuyIndia.net is a B2B platform. Unlike B2C e-commerce, returns in industrial trade are governed by strict contracts and inspection protocols. This policy outlines when returns and refunds are applicable.

1Introduction

BuyIndia is committed to ensuring satisfaction and trust for all buyers and vendors. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which products may be returned and refunds issued.

2Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for bulk orders that are defective, damaged, or do not match the agreed specifications.
  • Requests for returns must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by original documentation.

3Return Process

  • Initiation: Buyer must contact BuyIndia via email or phone with order details, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
  • Review: The admin team will evaluate the request in consultation with the vendor.
  • Approval & Pickup: If approved, return pickup will be coordinated manually with the vendor.
  • Resolution: Replacement, repair, or refund will be processed based on agreement with the buyer.

4Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after return approval and receipt of the returned goods.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as agreed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was due to the vendor’s fault.

5Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, perishable, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless found damaged or defective.

6Dispute Resolution

  • BuyIndia will mediate any disputes between buyers and vendors, but holds the right to make a final decision after full review.
